      AxisBond, I have just transferred to Briggs from Emerald (Waterson), having to start again at BR1 yesterday. I have talked to SenTerran and would really like to join your outfit, I will post an application, I am only BR20. He said that the concern for the BR was to avoid Fourth Factioning and Inactivity. Just want to confirm that I do plan on sticking around and do not have any interest in making a VS/NC.

        There are a few reasons we have the BR30 minimum, so we don't like making exceptions (especially as we currently have quite a lot of applicants). So come back once you hit that, which shouldn't take all that long.
